The workshop fee covers the following:

To receive a 100% refund of your workshop registration fee, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by July 21, 2025. For cancellations received between July 22 and September 5, 2025, a 50% refund will be granted. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after September 5, 2025. Please note that no-shows — participants who do not attend the workshop and have not notified us in advance — are not eligible for any refund. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to nominate a substitute participant. Substitutions are allowed at any time and at no additional cost. Please send substitution requests via email to info@hpartner.at, including the name and contact details of the replacement participant. Thank you.
